What is covered under the warranty?

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all our hearing aids. This includes any manufacturing problems or malfunctions that occur under normal use.

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover:


  • Damage caused by accidents or misuse

  • Theft or loss

  • Damage caused by pets

  • Any unauthorized modifications or repairs

Warranty Duration :

All products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. All warranty claims must be submitted directly through us.

How to request a warranty claim

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Model Name

  • Purchase Date

  • Order ID

Once we receive your details, our team will share the nearest authorized service center address where you can send your device for repair (valid only under warranty).
