Why was I charged twice?

Sometimes you may see two charges on your bank statement, but in most cases, only one payment is actually captured.

✔ Why this happens:
  • Your bank places a temporary authorization hold

  • If the payment fails or is declined, the hold may still appear

  • The duplicated authorization will automatically disappear within a few hours to a few days

✔ What you should do:
  • Wait 24–48 hours for the pending amount to drop off

  • Contact your bank if it does not clear automatically

  • Reach out to us at [email protected] if you need help.


Rest assured—we do not charge your card twice.
