Can I exchange an item?

Hearing aids are custom-programmed medical devices, so they cannot be exchanged once the sealed pack is opened.

 When Exchange is Possible

  • The hearing aid has a manufacturing defect, or

  • The device does not switch ON, and

  • The issue is reported within 15 days of receiving the product.

In such cases, our team will assist you with a replacement or exchange after verifying the issue.

When Exchange is Not Possible
  • If the hearing aid has been opened, used, or programmed

  • If the wrong product was ordered by mistake

  • If the issue is due to mishandling or damage after delivery

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
