We have a 15-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

Important: Hearing Aid Return Rules

Hearing aids are customized medical devices that require pre-programming before use.
Therefore:


  • Once the sealed pack is opened, hearing aids become non-returnable.


  • Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or
    if the device does not switch ON, this must be reported within 15 days.

Before Requesting a Return


Please check the following:

  • Clean the tubes and earpieces

  • Insert new batteries/charge device

  • Ensure the device is switched ON

  • Ensure it is not set to Telecoil mode

If problems continue, contact us and we will help with troubleshooting or provide a Service Request Number if return is approved.


Return Conditions


To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be in original condition, unused, with all accessories

  • Must include original packaging and proof of purchase

  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Return Shipping


Once your return is approved, you must send the product to the address we provide.
We recommend:

  • Packing hearing aids securely with bubble wrap

  • Using insured, trackable shipping

  • Keeping the tracking number

We cannot accept damaged devices or be responsible for lost shipments.

Refunds


After we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
